Kyra Armstrong, a recent graduate of Hofstra University, came to Arkansas to spend time with family and joined The Reform Alliance team in 2018. After being diagnosed with her first bone tumor, an osteochondroma, at the age of 12 she realized that while her parents were able to support and provide during her education struggle, not every child is as lucky. That is why she is so incredibly passionate about The Reform Alliance and wants to see children be placed in the right environment that allows them to succeed to their fullest potential. She spent two semesters abroad in Barcelona and Australia and hopes that ambition will help her in the pursuit for educational equity.
