Emmy Henley

Managing Director

As managing director of The Reform Alliance, Emmy oversees all operations and staff. She also assists parents and schools applying for the Succeed Scholarship Program, handles the scholarship check distribution and maintains contact with the Arkansas Department of Education.
Emmy’s dedication to the education reform issue began at a young age, after she saw the struggle to find options in her own family. She began volunteering at the age of 16 with after school and mentoring programs before joining The Reform Alliance team in 2016 to advocate for the students of Arkansas! Emmy and her husband, Cody, live with their dogs on a farm in El Paso, Arkansas. She hopes to start their family in an Arkansas that allows them to find the best education option!
