Pamela Esters shares the many challenges her son has faced, as well as the growth achieved and the peace of mind her family received from being able to exercise choice by finding the resource of the Philanthropic Investment in Arkansas Kids (PIAK) Scholarship. With that program now joined by the Educational Freedom Account (EFA) program, with some students even able to qualify for both, she shares her story to help other Arkansas parents in similar situations realize they’re not alone.
