Join The Reform Alliance and a panel of special guests online via Zoom at 6 pm on Thursday, May 1, to learn more about microschools! Click here to register! Microschools are small, multifamily learning environments that often cater to the individualized learning needs of each student. Some describe them as a one-room schoolhouse for the 21st century. There are countless different ways microschools can be organized and take shape. Each is a unique reflection of the needs of its students and its community. Whether a parent or educator, if you’d be interested in learning more about how to organize a microschool in your community, this is the webinar for you! Microschools can participate in the Arkansas Education Freedom Account (EFA) program. This program provides financial resources to families to use on their child’s education, such as attending a microschool. We’ll talk about how microschools can register to be a part of this program. Guests include:
- Arkansas Department of Education Office of School Choice
- National Microschooling Center
- Founders of Arkansas Microschools
- And more!
