Parent Mary Catherine Paulus talks about the new Educational Freedom Account (EFA) program created by the LEARNS Act and how it makes her “feel seen” as a parent. Having found the right educational environment for one child on the Succeed Scholarship, she wanted to transfer that child to the program while also enrolling a second child entering school as well.
