Mom of four Mallory Smothers recognized that each of her children needed a different type of learning environment. For daughter Allie, what worked turned out to be a small private microschool called Arrows Academy in Jonesboro. As a military family, they qualified for financial assistance from the state’s Education Freedom Account (EFA) program created by the LEARNS Act, opening access they otherwise would not have had.
