Created by the Legislature in 2015, the Succeed Scholarship Program, administered by The Reform Alliance entirely through private foundation funding, helped hundreds of students find environments to meet their educational needs. Before the scholarship was absorbed by the new Educational Freedom Account (EFA) program this school year to reach thousands more students, we spoke with families and educators about how their children thrived and how their lives were changed by the scholarship.
