The Vital Impact of the PIAK Scholarship
Posted on July 23, 2026

As a parent in Arkansas, I am writing to share how the Philanthropic Investment in Arkansas Kids (PIAK) scholarship has fundamentally changed the trajectory of my children’s lives.

Before receiving this scholarship, my children were in an environment where safety, bullying, and constant chaos were daily struggles. Like many parents, I wanted a setting where they could truly focus on their education, but private school felt financially out of reach. PIAK changed that, allowing us to enroll our children at Cornerstone Christian Academy, where they are now thriving.

The difference has been night and day. At Cornerstone Christian Academy, my children benefit from the kind of one-on-one learning that simply wasn’t possible before. They are more driven and have excelled further than ever. My daughter is a prime example of this success; through her school’s programs, she has already obtained her CNA and will graduate with college credits already earned. Knowing that my children are in a safe, faith-based environment that integrates God into everything they do gives our family a peace of mind that is truly priceless.

We are incredibly thankful for the PIAK scholarship. It rescued my children from an environment of chaos and placed them somewhere they can truly flourish. I urge my fellow Arkansans to support educational freedom for every family. We should be protecting the programs that empower parents to choose the best path for their children, not creating barriers that could take those opportunities away.
